Terms and Conditions

 

 1. Appointments & Deposits

  • To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
     
  • The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
     
  • Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is paid.
     

2. Cancellation & Late-Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without additional charges.
     
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in the deposit being forfeited.
     
  • No-shows will also result in forfeiting the deposit and may require full prepayment for future appointments.
     

3. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

  • Pricing is based on vehicles in average condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or neglected interiors may require additional time and will incur additional fees.
     
  • If the vehicle is heavily soiled or unsafe to work on, the detailer may refuse service. In these cases, the deposit is non-refundable.
     

4. Access & Workspace Requirements

Because this is a mobile service, the customer must provide:

  • Safe, legal, and accessible parking for the detailer’s vehicle and equipment.
     
  • Sufficient space around the vehicle for technicians to work.
     
  • Access to the vehicle at the scheduled appointment time.
     

If the detailer arrives and cannot access the vehicle or the location is unsafe, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

5. Weather Policy

  • Severe weather (heavy rain, storms, extreme heat/cold) may require rescheduling for the safety of the staff and the quality of the service.
     
  • In the case of weather-related rescheduling, deposits will be transferred to the new appointment date.
     

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle. Please remove valuables prior to your appointment.
     
  • We take care to protect your vehicle, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, tears, or mechanical issues discovered during cleaning.
     

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it.
     
  • After 24 hours, natural accumulation of dust, dirt, or environmental factors may prevent us from offering corrections.
